Tyler Martini

Tyler Martini was born and raised in Boulder. Since graduating from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Tyler has been involved in a number of entrepreneurial endeavors. After working as an online marketing specialist at a local start-up, launching one of Boulder's most beloved food trucks, The Wandering Cow, and working as a business manager and photo editor for a top National Geographic photographer, Tyler decided to move into real estate.

Tyler is now focused full time on real estate and has taken the next step as a partner and managing broker at one of Boulder's premier full-service real estate companies. Growing up and living in Boulder, Tyler has an excellent knowledge of Boulder's wonderful neighborhoods and surrounding areas. As a real estate professional, he brings his expertise and dedication along, with an easy-going personality and great sense of humor, to make the home buying/selling process smooth and stress-free.

When not working, Tyler enjoys hiking with his Red Labrador, Tallulah, golf, handcrafting his own spirits, cheering on the local college and professional sports teams, and traveling the world with his wife, Nicole.

David Pavicich

David Pavicich, a California native, fell in love with Colorado after his first go around, a five year period in Boulder for his undergraduate studies. David graduated from the University of Colorado with his BFA in Sculpture, his BA in Art History and his BSBM in Business. Wanting to learn the ins and outs of real estate, David returned to California where he started his career from the bottom, as a maintenance technician for a private company in the San Francisco Bay Area. In late 2013, David was announced as COO to the very successful privately held Rodak Properties. He is now beyond excited to bring Colorado a new approach to property and facilities management

He is an avid skier, who would spend more time in the air if physics allowed him and home chef who is eager to keep exploring this world with his wife.  An entrepreneur at heart, David looks to hard work in order to outperform his competitors in Colorado and to become the new standard in real estate transactions and investment.
