BOULDER, CO – Hyphen Real Estate Group, a premier residential real estate company and a Proud Partner of the Colorado Buffaloes is proud to announce an expansion of their partnership with the University of Colorado Athletics. In an effort to support CU Athletics, Hyphen will donate a portion of its commissions to the Buffs4Life Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, with the goal of directly supporting student-athletes.
Athletes across all sports will greatly benefit from this partnership. First and foremost, for Buff fans and supporters who enlist Hyphen's assistance in the purchase or sale of real estate, Hyphen will donate 20% of the resulting commission to the Buffs4Life NIL Collective (just mention the Buff-Hyphen partnership when you contact Hyphen) to be directed towards a specific team or individual to their benefit.

This is a great opportunity for fans, alumni and current students to support their favorite CU Buffs teams. CU's President, Todd Saliman, was recently quoted as saying, "this is a new day in college athletics with... NIL and we need to learn to thrive in that new environment." Universities nationwide will thrive or weaken in their direct ability to financially support their NCAA athletes. Hyphen intends to lead by example.
